Hey there…

Thanks for scanning that QR code!

I’m sure you’re wondering what we’re all doing here. You’ve a got a coaster, you’ve flipped it upside down, saw a QR code, scanned it, and now you’re here at Cerebellum Design.

What’s this all about, then?

Well, we made them. We made them for you.

Thanks for coming out to the festival, by the way! Whether you’ve come from the local area, took a train, a boat, or a plane, we’re all glad that you’ve come out. Hopefully you’ve made some great memories, some new friends, and ultimately that this coaster can do its job holding your well-deserved drink! Because that’s why we do it, right? To get the coaster at the end of it.

To clean them, give them a good wipe down with some warm soapy water and it’s good to go! If you soak it, it’ll mess the adhesive up on the cork on the bottom. If you throw it in the dishwasher, it’ll be even worse! Just a simple wipe-off and we’re all good.

The clear surface is a two part epoxy resin, housed in a 3d printed PLA round. The logo and text were directly UV printed on to the substrate, and all of it came together to what you’ve got in your hands today.

That shiny surface is going to get a bit beat up as you use it and start to show its age, but don’t we all? The little bumps and grooves that show up over time are memories of all of those cups of coffee and glasses of beer that you’ve placed on it. We expect those wrinkles to be there, and just tell us that the coaster has been well loved!

We’re always exploring new things to make and new ways to make stuff and their designs come to life. Through that journey, we’ve found that the best way to explain what it is we do as…

We make whatever it is you can think of in whatever way you want to think of it.‍ ‍

Coasters, keychains, bottle openers, organizational tools, a life-sized print of one of your friends that you can hide in the closet to scare people when they open it — anything. It doesn’t have to just be promotional stuff - we’ve got some fancier machines that can print engineering-type plastics in case some of your things need a weird hard-to-find part replaced. If you’ve got the piece, we can remake it.

Let us know if you think there’s some space for us to work together and if you’d like to have a chat. We’d love the opportunity to work with you and explore some of your ideas.

If not, no worries — enjoy the coasters anyways! We enjoyed making them for you!
